BRITNEY SPEARS TAPS DESTINEE & PARIS FOR EUROPEAN TOUR

OCTOBER 3, 2011 — Santa Monica, CA — Following a very successful stint with BRITNEY SPEARS in the United States, Spears has tapped teen pop duo DESTINEE & PARIS to continue to open for her throughout the European leg of her FEMME FATALE tour, in support of their forthcoming debut album from Streamline/Interscope records.  One of the numbers performed at each tour stop is a special mashup of Gnarls Barkley’s “Crazy” with Adele’s “Rolling in The Deep,” that can be seen in a special behind the scenes rehearsal video available now atwww.youtube.com/destineeandparis, which gorgeously highlights the songstresses’ incredible vocal and performance abilities that they’re taking to these international arenas.
Taking the girls from Russia to England, Ireland, Germany and more, Destinee & Paris will open the tour for nearly 30 dates that began September 20th and will finish with a show in Abu Dhabi on November 11th.  Tickets are on-sale now through Live Nation.  To chronicle the duo’s debut overseas, the sisters will release a regular video series with special behind the scenes footage of their travels abroad, performances and more, featuring songs from their forthcoming album on their YouTube page www.youtube.com/destineeandparis.
